1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the zx77 platform in any capacity – including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or participating in any promotion – you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the zx77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration & Security

You may hold only one registered account on zx77. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different identities – is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zx77 may close all associated accounts and retain any balances subject to applicable law.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date. zx77 will not be liable for payment delays or errors arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 KYC Verification

zx77 is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You agree to provide a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification document upon request. Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zx77 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify zx77 support immediately at [email protected]. zx77 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zx77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and USDT. All transactions must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on zx77 is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion. zx77 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified zx77 accounts are processed as promptly as operationally possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the financial institution. zx77 may delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity or source-of-funds verification.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless specifically stated otherwise. For USDT transactions, conversion rates applied are those prevailing at the time of the transaction. zx77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the zx77 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant game or market rules. zx77 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, whether due to a pricing error, technical fault or evident misuse.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the result recorded by the zx77 system shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Any disputes must be submitted to [email protected] within 72 hours of the relevant event.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing or insider information exploitation.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing zx77 on behalf of a minor or enabling a minor to access the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

zx77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools accessible from every account dashboard:

• Deposit limits – set daily, weekly or monthly caps on funds deposited into your zx77 account.
• Loss limits – restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.

zx77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, inaccurate odds or payment processing delays. In any event, the aggregate liability of zx77 to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination & Closure

You may request closure of your zx77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

zx77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to zx77 or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, zx77 may retain any balance in the account.

12. Amendments to These Terms

zx77 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of zx77 following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using zx77 and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the zx77 support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory local consumer protection law that applies to you.
